I’m a firm believer that scales shouldn’t be the focus. I’ll work closely with you to determine what your specific goals should be- whether that is to lose weight, or to simply feel fitter and healthier.
My ultimate goal is to help give you the tools and advice you need to change your life for the better.
What works for one person might not work for another; the key to success is a personalised plan, with a realistic balance of exercise and good nutrition, specific to you.
Experience and expertise
I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. I am Level 4 Personal Trainer qualified, which means you are in safe hands!
I’ve worked with clients who have many different body types and personal circumstances over the years. Rather than struggle through trial and error, I’ll use my experience and knowledge to help you get to where you want to be.

How is this different from personal training sessions?
When you join a programme you have the option of connecting to others also on the same programme. Our fitness family is a close knit bunch and many of my clients find this gives them that extra boost of motivation they need.
The packages are more intense than the personal training sessions, over a longer time frame.
I’ll be able to offer personalised advice regarding your nutrition and lifestyle, to help you make positive changes which compliment your fitness journey. We can review this regularly together to ensure you remain on track.
