I work out with you. I’m a very hands on trainer- I won’t sit by and simply tell you what to do when we train- I’ll show you!
One of the biggest anxieties around exercise, especially in the gym, is around the correct technique. Just going to the gym and lifting weights won’t necessarily give you the body you want, after all it may even cause some harm to your body. I’ll teach you the correct techniques in order for you to get the best results.
This will empower you with the confidence to exercise properly on your own in the future.

Single PT Session
Each PT session lasts an hour. During your first session, we will complete a thorough assessment and set a strategy for you moving forwards. We then follow up and reflect on progress as you work with me during each subsequent session.

Single PT session for TWO people
If you like training with a friend, this option is ideal. It works out cheaper for both of you, and you have each other to spur you on!

6 Sessions
This cost effective option helps you set a timeframe for your goals. My clients find that there is increased motivation when bulk buying sessions, as well as the added benefit of getting a sixth session for free!
