A bit about me
Whilst I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years, I understand the challenges day to day life can bring. I have two young boys myself, so I understand how hard it can be to juggle family life, work and exercise!
You don’t have to become a hard core gym bunny or fitness fanatic to see results, it is about finding a form of exercise you enjoy and what works for you. If you just keep moving, you are heading in the right direction!
I enjoy working with my clients to give them the tools, motivation and tips they need to change their lives in a way which is sustainable in the long term.

Classes
I offer a wide range of group exercise classes, all with a different focus. I call it my fitness family- we train together, we support each other and we have a good time doing it! There are modifications to suit all abilities, but one thing is promised- you will sweat!
Personal Training
One to one sessions are an excellent way to achieve results quickly. My personalised approach will help improve your confidence, as we will work together to set achievable, realistic goals (and celebrate together when we smash them!).
Packages
If you are training towards a specific event, such as a holiday or wedding, or you are towards a fitness goal you have set yourself, a package will be perfect for you. Set over a number of weeks, the structure and variety of guidance will help keep you motivated.
