Group classes
My group fitness classes are fun, fresh and high energy. The routines are mixed up regularly to ensure everyone gets the best results possible, and I make sure to pick the best music tracks possible, to keep everyone motivated.
Anyone can join my classes, no matter your fitness ability. There are moderations which allow you to tailor the class to your ability. However that doesn’t mean I’ll go easy on you- you’ll definitely get a good workout!
L1FT
L1FT workouts sculpt lean muscles and turn you into a fat burning machine long after the workout is over. Workouts use smart, safe and progressive movements to ensure no fitness level is left behind. Every L1FT workout can be modified to accommodate every age and stage of fitness
SH1FT
SH1FT is the first high intensity training format to harness the power of the 6 Degrees of Freedom - a concept from engineering and robotics that describes how a body moves through space. Every SH1FT workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists.
Sweaty Circuits
Sweaty Circuits is a combination of 4 or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session. these exercises can be a mixture of strength, cardio and core whilst utilising dumbbells/barbells/kettlebells/bands/bottle of water
Stretch & Mobility
The mental and physical benefits of regular mobility and flexibility practice are well known. This class helps improve your range of motion and performance, helping to prevent injury and improve your core strength!
