Hello, my name is Ramone! I’m a personal trainer and fitness instructor based in East Leicester, UK.

I teach multiple group classes (live and virtual) and I’m a Level 4 certified personal trainer. Whether you are struggling to get motivated, struggling to shift those lbs or are preparing for a specific event, I’ll help you get there.

L1FT

L1FT workouts sculpt lean muscles and turn you into a fat burning machine long after the workout is over. Workouts use smart, safe and progressive movements to ensure no fitness level is left behind. Every L1FT workout can be modified to accommodate every age and stage of fitness

SH1FT

SH1FT is the first high intensity training format to harness the power of the 6 Degrees of Freedom - a concept from engineering and robotics that describes how a body moves through space. Every SH1FT workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists.

Sweaty Circuits

Sweaty Circuits is a combination of 4 or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session. these exercises can be a mixture of strength, cardio and core whilst utilising dumbells/barbells/kettlebells/bands/bottle of water

Stretch & Mobility

The mental and physical benefits of regular mobility and flexibility practice are well known. This class helps improve your range of motion and performance, helping to prevent injury and improve your core strength!

What works for one person might not work for another; the key to success is a personalised plan, with a realistic balance of exercise and good nutrition, specific to you.

I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. I am Level 4 Personal Trainer qualified, which means you are in safe hands!

I’ve worked with clients who have many different body types and personal circumstances over the years. Rather than struggle through trial and error, I’ll use my experience and knowledge to help you get to where you want to be.

How is this different from personal training sessions?

When you join a programme you have the option of connecting to others also on the same programme. Our fitness family is a close knit bunch and many of my clients find this gives them that extra boost of motivation they need.

The packages are more intense than the personal training sessions, over a longer time frame.

I’ll be able to offer personalised advice regarding your nutrition and lifestyle, to help you make positive changes which compliment your fitness journey. We can review this regularly together to ensure you remain on track.
